2026 Registration opens the week of December 1, 2025.

For registration support, call 877-221-6716 weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time, excluding holidays.

We cannot reserve program space without full payment. Registration is limited, and no overflow will be offered. We encourage you to register early.

Substitutions and Cancellations

A $50 fee will be assessed for each refund requested. After the start of each camp, no refund can be given. Participants will receive a full registration refund if the program is canceled for any reason. However, the university cannot be responsible for any cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, travel agencies, or other institutions.

Admission and Standards

Participants of any race, color, creed, and ethnic or national origin are accepted for admission to this program provided they maintain university standards while on campus. These include modesty in dress and conduct and abstinence from alcohol, tobacco, coffee, tea, and harmful drugs.

We are committed to providing a learning atmosphere that reasonably accommodates persons with disabilities who are otherwise qualified. At least two weeks before the start of the program, applicants with disabilities are invited to discuss the program content and available facilities with the program director.
